When a old implant post snapped I went to S.S.M.D. and was greeted enthusiastically as ever by Sarah who fit me in immediately ( much appreciated!) And then Noelani brought me back for xrays and she too was very friendly and gentle with me as I just had rotator cuff surgery a week prior and then I met Dr. Taylor Florence for the first time ( as I usually see Dr. Peralta) and she viewed the xrays and observed my gums and explained the situation and the best way to proceed. Her friendly professional demeanor set me at ease and alleviated my anxiety. I left knowing everything was presently okay and we had a plan to correct the problem in the upcoming future. So..I recommend this office and its staff from Dr.s Peralta and Florence to the medical assistants and front desk staff. Thank you all !
